CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
You are more than welcome to return the product to us. As per our terms and conditions, returns where the product is subject to a change of mind/ordered in error, and has been unused and unopened, may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and received by Fishing Superstore in its original condition for us to apply the refund. You will need to arrange your own freight of the item back to our returns address listed.

FAULTY RETURN
Please return the item to us for testing. Should we be able to replicate the same issues then we will either replace the faulty item or refund you for the item. As per our terms and conditions, where the product is found to be functioning as it should then we will inform you of this and will require payment for both the postage to us and the return postage back to you.
EXCHANGES
Return goods unopened in their original packaging with a copy of your invoice. A store credit or exchange will be issued as soon as we receive, inspect and process your return. You will need to arrange your own freight of the item back to our returns address listed.
